A great post workout breakfast smoothie with Aketta cricket protein. Reap the benefits of your workout with this anti-inflammatory treat!
Ingredients
- 1 small fresh papaya
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/2 frozen peeled banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or you can use plain water or any type of nut milk if you prefer)
- 1 serving of Aketta cricket flour (30 grams)
Directions
Peel and pit the papaya.
Place the papaya, frozen peeled banana, shredded coconut, Aketta cricket flour and coconut water in the blender, puree until you reach your desired consistency (add more liquid to make it thinner). Pour in a glass, top with shredded coconut, chia seeds and enjoy!
