1 small fresh papaya2 tablespoons shredded coconut1/2 frozen peeled banana1/2 cup coconut water (or you can use plain water or any type of nut milk if you prefer) 1 serving of Aketta cricket flour (30 grams)
Peel and pit the papaya.
Place the papaya, frozen peeled banana, shredded coconut, Aketta cricket flour and coconut water in the blender, puree until you reach your desired consistency (add more liquid to make it thinner). Pour in a glass, top with shredded coconut, chia seeds and enjoy!
