This refreshing smoothie is full of superfoods like coconut water and spirulina along with Aketta cricket flour for a nice protein boost.
Directions
Place banana, dates, almond milk and coconut water in blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. If you don’t have a blender simply mix in a glass mason jar, secure the lid and shake well.
Top with toasted coconut shreds, cacao powder and a few sprigs of lavender.
