Ingredients Directions

3 pitted Mejool dates
1/2 banana
1 1/2 tablespoons Aketta cricket powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/8 tsp spirulina
2 drops of chlorella
1/2 tablespoon lucuma powder

Place banana, dates, almond milk and coconut water in blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. If you don’t have a blender simply mix in a glass mason jar, secure the lid and shake well.


Top with toasted coconut shreds, cacao powder and a few sprigs of lavender.
