Non-dairy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

•    6 white eggs
•    3 tablespoons olive oil
•    1 teaspoon Aketta® cricket flour
•    1.5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
•    salt to taste
•    1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

Directions

Carefully peel your hard boiled eggs. Be sure to cook them long enough to have a solid yolk.

With a sharp knife, slice the eggs in half, remove the all of the yolks and set aside in a bowl.
Once all the yolks are removed, add the remaining ingredients to the yolks and mix well. Add more oil if needed to reach the perfect creaminess. Taste as you go.

Have your FDA approved food coloring bowls ready and drop the egg whites in the color bath and removed once you've reached the desired color!
Fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and enjoy!
