These delicious sesame orange zest bars are the perfect gluten-free protein snack!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Aketta® cricket flour
- 3 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey (we used creamed honey)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well, form a ball. Place in parchment paper and roll out to desired thickness. About 1/4 inch. Cut into squares and carefully peel off the paper. Coat with additional seeds for easy handling. Repeat this process until all of the mixture is gone.
