Aketta Hummus Romaine Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • Prepared hummus
  • Aketta® cricket flour
  • Romaine lettuce leaf
  • Quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Carrot shavings
  • Salt or salt substitute

Directions

Give the Aketta flour a whirl in the blender to make the powder even finer. Combine prepared humus with Aketta flour in a 3:1 ratio. Mix well.
Use one strong romaine lettuce leaf with a good well. Layer quinoa, hummus mixture, grape tomatoes and carrot shavings on lettuce leaf.

Sprinkle with salt or ground dulse for a salt substitute.
