Aketta Date Peanut Power Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh pitted dates 
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1/4 cup Aketta® cricket flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 teaspoons ground flax seed meal
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients into a food processor, blender or Vitamix on a slow speed until it forms into a dough of sorts. Add water if needed to make it more manageable. Scoop out using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon and roll into balls then roll in chopped nuts and unsweetened coconut.
