These crunchy and satisfying whole cricket snacks are tasty and full of flavor. Great as a protein snack or adding as a topper for salads, pizzas, soups or just about anything!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Aketta® whole crispy crickets
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon spirulina
- 1/2 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
Directions
In a heated skillet, lightly toast crickets in sesame seed oil for about 3 minutes. Add in spices and coat evenly, taking care not to burn spices. Cool, serve and enjoy!
