This Aketta cricket powder miso is full of unami flavor. Pour over your favorite soba noodles for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Aketta cricket flour
- 1 packet of your favorite Soba noodle
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried shitake mushrooms
- handful of kale, carrot slivers and cherry tomatoes for garnish
Directions
Reconstitute the mushrooms in two cups of water overnight. Keep the water to begin your base with.
Prepare the soba and set aside. Bring 2 cups of mushroom water and Aketta flour to a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes, add in remaining spices and simmer for 15 minutes, add salt to taste, add soba last and top with colorful vegetables.
