A high-protein snack perfect for post-workout recovery or an easy energy boosting snack any time of day! Gluten free and Paleo friendly!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups medjool dates
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon almond milk or water
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut (reserve 1/4 cup to coat bites)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup Aketta protein flour
Directions
In a food processor, process dates and raisins till finely chopped and they start to form a ball in the processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the almonds are finely chopped and all ingredients are incorporated. Form into 1" balls and roll in the reserved coconut. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
