Directions
Put organic crunch peanut butter in bowl and add the Aketta cricket flour. Mush with fork to your taste. Spread on top of toasted bread.
Either mush banana in separate bowl and spread onto toasted bread, or mush right on top of the bread!
Very simple, very delicious.
