Aketta Protein Broth with Soba and Micro Greens

Make your own protein broth with Aketta cricket powder. Serve with soba and micro-greens for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Aketta cricket flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan fine sea salt
  • 1 packet of ‪Hakubaku‬ Organic Buckwheat Soba noodles‬‬‬‬ (or your preferred brand)
  • Optional: micro arugula greens

Directions

Bring the water and ‪‎Aketta flour‬ to a rolling boil, add spices and turn down to low. Taste after cooling and adjust to personal flavor. This is a wonderful base for any inspired chef to bend any which way.‬‬‬‬

Soba:

Bring water to water, add in noodles, cook for 4-5 minute until desired texture is reached. Drain noodles, rinse with warm water, add to broth. Sprinkle micro arugula greens on top.
