Directions
Bring the water and Aketta flour to a rolling boil, add spices and turn down to low. Taste after cooling and adjust to personal flavor. This is a wonderful base for any inspired chef to bend any which way.
Soba:
Bring water to water, add in noodles, cook for 4-5 minute until desired texture is reached. Drain noodles, rinse with warm water, add to broth. Sprinkle micro arugula greens on top.
