This fruity smoothie gets a nice protein boost from Aketta cricket flour, and kiwi gives it just the right amount of tartness!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 apple peeled
- 1 tablespoon Aketta cricket flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, blend for 2 minutes and enjoy! You can add a bit of apple juice as well to adjust the thickness of the smoothie.
