Start the day off right with this smoothie bowl full of superfood goodness! Acai, blueberry, coconut water and kiwi, along with Aketta for a protein boost!
Ingredients
- 1 100 g packet of frozen Sambazon Acai
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoon Aketta cricket flour
- 1/2 cup frozen dark berries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 fresh kiwi
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of fresh blueberries
- toasted coconut chips for topping
Directions
In a blender or Vitamix combine the frozen acai, frozen dark berries, Aketta protein powder. Pulse, slowly add coconut water until you reach preferred consistency. Pour in a bowl, (we like to keep ours on the thicker side) top with fresh blueberries, fresh peeled and sliced kiwi, sliced fresh strawberries and some toasted coconut chips.
