Pictured with dried jujubees and kale, handmade cricket jerky will have you feel good about a protein-packed jerky that costs the environment a lot less!
Ingredients
- Aketta Whole Roasted Crickets
- Any mix of optional spices (paleo or non):
- 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teasponos onion powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Simmer, strain, and add the mix of spices to Aketta whole roasted crickets. Then simply bake!
Eat with jujubees and kale as pictured here, or simply eat plain!
