  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1/2 ripe mango, diced

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 cup Crispy Aketta

  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili pepper flakes* (and to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp salt (and to taste)

Slice and pit avocado. Scoop out slices into a bowl and lightly mash with fork. Mashed avocado should be slightly chunky.

Pour the Crispy Aketta, red chili pepper flakes, and salt into a plastic bag or mortar. Using a pestle (if using mortar) or a rolling pin (if using bag), crush the mixture until it forms a fine powder. Pour spice mixture into mashed avocado and mix thorougly.

Add the lime juice and mango. For a sweeter guacamole, you can add a whole mango instead of half.

Add more salt to taste. Garnish with extra red chili flakes for desired heat level.

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers!

*Traditional guacamole calls for serrano or jalapeno chili peppers. If desired, substitute the red chili pepper flakes with 1-2 minced serrano or jalapeno peppers and add directly to the mashed avocado.
