Ingredients Directions

1/3 cup cooked quinoa
1/8 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 serving of siggi's vanilla yogurt
Aketta booster nut mix:
3 tablespoons Aketta cricket flour
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of goji berries
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of roasted pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of walnut pieces

Spread the quinoa on a plate or place in a bowl. Combine all the ingredients for the Aketta cricket flour booster nut mix. Once it's mixed well, sprinkle over bed of quinoa, add yogurt (we used vanilla but get creative and pick any flavor!) sprinkle with fresh raspberries.
