- 1 cup of your favorite pancake mix
- 1/4 cup Aketta® cricket flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 cup almond milk
- Optional: 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 cup chocolate chips

Mix in Aketta cricket flour to pancake mix, fold in the egg, oil and milk. Add in optional mixed berries and mash slightly. Add in chocolate chips, if desired.
In a heated skillet over medium heat, pour mix and cook until the edges begin to crisp, about 3-4 minutes, when air bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown and fluffy. Serve with syrup or honey and enjoy!
