  • 1/4 cup dried tart cherries, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 teaspoons Aketta® cricket flour
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 chopped hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lavender, chopped

Gently toast the Aketta cricket flour in a warm skillet for 2 minutes. Mix the toasted flour with the cherries, hazelnuts, coconut oil, honey, chia seeds and stevia in a small bowl until the mixture starts to hold its shape. Pinch off bite-sized pieces and roll in cacao powder, sprinkle with lavender and enjoy!
