  • 1/4 cup Aketta® whole crispy crickets
  • 2 tablespoons of red chile (molido is medium hot)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Add a few drops of water to the crickets to moisten, add spices and mix. Once you have a nice coating, transfer to a hot iron skillet and toast to preferred crispness. Allow them to cool on a paper towel. Toss with pepitas. Dress with lime juice to preference and serve!
