Drink - 8 ounces vegetable juice or bloody mary mix
- 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish
- dash of soy sauce
Garnish - 1/4 cup of Aketta® whole crispy crickets
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
- 1 tablespoon salt flakes (can use dulse flakes as a salt substitute)
- 1 tablespoon porcini mushroom powder
- 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Aketta cricket flour

Heat a cast iron skillet, add Aketta crickets. Shake pan for 1-2 minutes careful not to break the bodies. Add in oil and salt. Toss for 1-2 minutes. Add in porcini and dulse. Toss, cool and serve.
Rim Salt
- Equal parts pink Himalayan sea salt and Aketta cricket flour, mix.
- Use a lemon to coat the edge of the glass, dip in salt powder, and spin for an even coat.
