    • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
    • 1 tablespoon salt flakes (can use dulse flakes as a salt substitute)
    • 1 tablespoon porcini mushroom powder
    • 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan sea salt
    • 1 tablespoon Aketta cricket flour

    Heat a cast iron skillet, add Aketta crickets. Shake pan for 1-2 minutes careful not to break the bodies. Add in oil and salt. Toss for 1-2 minutes. Add in porcini and dulse. Toss, cool and serve.

    Rim Salt

    • Equal parts pink Himalayan sea salt and Aketta cricket flour, mix.
    • Use a lemon to coat the edge of the glass, dip in salt powder, and spin for an even coat.
