This spicy avocado and roasted cricket dip can be spread on bread or eaten with veggies for a great Paleo snack.
- 2 slices bread (or gluten-free crackers)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Aketta® whole crispy crickets
- salt to taste
Toast your favorite gluten-free bread, scoop out some avocado and smash with a fork, top with red pepper flakes and Aketta crickets; sprinkle with salt to taste.
