Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen dark berries
  • 2 cups of coconut water (we like to freeze ours to make coconut ice cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons of Aketta cricket flour
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder (subtropical fruit that adds sweetness)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix (or other blender), blend to preferred thickness using the coconut water to make thinner if you'd like. Top with hemps seeds and enjoy!
