Onigiri is a traditional Japanese dish made of rice to form balls, squares, cylinders, and more! We have made onigiri bites, but feel free to shape them as you please.
- 1 cup sticky rice
- 2 tablespoons of Seaweed and Sesame Japanese Furikake Seasoning
- Aketta Cricket Flour -- add to taste! (We recommend 1 tablespoon)
After making your sticky rice, break off into shape of choice. (We chose four bite-size portions)
Sprinkle and mix the seasoning + Aketta cricket flour. Then simply enjoy!
