These delicious pancake have the addition of Aketta cricket flour for an extra boost of protein at breakfast.
Mix in Aketta cricket flour to pancake mix, fold in the egg, oil and milk. Add in mixed berries and mash slightly.
In a heated skillet over medium, pour mix and cook until the edges begin to crisp, about 3-4 minutes, when air bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown and fluffy. Serve with syrup or honey and enjoy!
