Mix in Aketta cricket flour to your Paleo pancake mix of choice, fold in the egg, oil and milk. Add in mixed berries and mash slightly.
In a heated skillet over medium, pour mix and cook until the edges begin to crisp, about 3-4 minutes, when air bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown and fluffy. Serve with Paleo syrup or honey and enjoy!
